Motivating Fall Garden Clean Up - New Chickens, Sowing Winter Seeds, Transplanting into Greenhouse
In this video I clear some garden beds, spread a bit of compost (we use ZooBrew from our local zoo that’s aged over two years), and transplant some volunteer lettuce into the greenhouse. I haven’t watered the greenhouse since I pulled the tomatoes, so it’s a crunchy situation, and the hose is away for the cold season…so I guess I’m going to haul the water by hand. :) And its never too late to plant some cold tolerant seeds. When I filmed this, it was day one of our new chicks meeting our flock… that was fun. Lol I still don't have my mic yet at the time of this filming, so please, forgive the audio. Thanks!
The video starts out Day in the Life style, but the gardening action starts at 4:11. ✌πΌπ«Άπ½☕️π±π
I hope you enjoy watching this day in the life of my garden. I love all the changes that come with fall. I even saw a Northern Flicker woodpecker!
Have a lovely day!
